Convenient location close to the main attractions, a short walk to dining and entertainment. The balcony overlooks a serene river, perfect for enjoying the evening view.
The cleanliness left much to be desired; windows were dirty, and the balcony furniture felt neglected—could use a good wipe down. The breakfast options were lackluster, with cold, watery eggs and a limited selection. our room had an uncomfortably shared balcony with other guests, which took away from the privacy experience.

We hit up Crockett's Breakfast Camp—best breakfast to kickstart a fun day. The river view from our balcony was icing on the cake, perfect for chillin’ after a long day of adventure. Plus, the spacious rooms felt like a cozy mountain cabin. Total score!
Now, parking was a bit of a head-scratcher. One night, we had to squeeze into a makeshift spot, and finding staff was like searching for Bigfoot.

Crockett's Breakfast Camp serves up some mind-blowing gluten-free dishes that'll have your taste buds doing the happy dance! Plus, our balcony view of the creek was pure magic—bears frolicking in the evening, y'all! The staff was super friendly, making us feel like family during our stay.
Needed more detail to cleaning. I noticed a ton of black hairs on the bathroom sink, and the balcony was sticky from some spillage. The breakfast attendant was a bit pushy, and the elevator could've used a quick spruce-up. Still, it all shines in the Gatlinburg glow.
